These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SIDEWAY website, brand communications, and any related services operated by SIDEWAY ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SIDEWAY is an independent streetwear label. The site is operated from Europe. References to "you" refer to any visitor, customer, or account holder using the site.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with security features, or use the site to harass, defame, or harm others.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or applicable law.
3. Orders & Drops
SIDEWAY operates in limited capsule drops. Each drop has a defined run and is not restocked. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if pricing or stock information was incorrect, or if fraud or abuse is suspected.
Drop notifications are a courtesy service. We do not guarantee access, allocation, or timing.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order are final for that order. Product images are representative; small variations in colour, finish, or texture are inherent to the production process and do not constitute defects.
5. Shipping
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown before payment. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
Once a drop has shipped, tracking is provided by email when available.

6. Returns, Refunds & Personalised Goods
All SIDEWAY products are produced on demand (print-on-demand) and are considered personalised / made-to-order within the meaning of Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The full text of this policy is available in our Refund & Returns Policy. The summary below forms part of these Terms.
Because each product is personalised and produced on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or buyer's remorse. The right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
A return, replacement or refund will only be considered when:
- The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
- The product arrives damaged during transport.
- The product received is different from the product ordered.
- There is a printing or production error attributable to SIDEWAY or its production partner.
In any such case, the customer must contact sideway.wear@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receipt, including clear photographs of the issue. After verification, SIDEWAY will offer a free replacement or a full refund, as applicable.
Nothing in this section limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers under EU law, including the legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the SIDEWAY name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and code — is owned by SIDEWAY or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIDEWAY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
