Due to the personalised, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection or personal preference. This is in line with EU consumer law, which exempts goods made to the consumer's specifications from the right of withdrawal.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, damaged, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt at sideway.wear@gmail.com with clear photographs. After verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
